Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
The Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) program is composed of subjects in accounting (financial and managerial), audit, business laws and taxation and with computer subjects such as computerized accounting systems, and basic understanding of computer programming and auditing systems.

This program is totally committed to industry partners by way of sending OJT accountancy students to various industries in order to become competent and effective accountants in preparation for their actual jobs in the future. Memorandum Of Agreement (MOA) shall be signed by both parties before sending our students for OJT.
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program is designed to provide students with familiarity in business operations. Students in this program will develop their critical decision-making skills for strategic and executive work which are required for competing in the global business world. This program is suitable for students who have, or want to have the leadership skills necessary to have successful careers in managerial and supervisory positions.

Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration
BSCA is a four-year college degree program for individuals who wish to pursue a career in custom brokerage or in the field of transportation and supply chain management. The program is designed to produce customs brokers, freight forwarders, logistics managers, export-import managers and government customs officers and employees. The Customs Administration curriculum provides students with the theoretical education and initial trainings on the practical application of the tariff and customs laws, policies and guidelines that are being implemented by the different government agencies that are involved in the import and export industries. Students will also learn various laws, regulations and procedures and its implication to taxation. The business oriented syllabus includes classroom activities and on-the-job training with customs brokerage companies or with the Bureau of Customs.
Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management
BSREM is a 4-year program of practice-oriented curriculum designed to prepare students in the local or international real estate industry as leaders in the practice of salesmanship, brokerage, and consultancy in various corporations and institutions and in the practice of realty assessment or as accredited appraisers in the government with a respectable degree of integrity, objectivity, and equity. The Program enables students to examine real-world best practices in the increasingly complex real estate market.
A real estate degree prepares the student for work in property management, but also equips with highly-desirable, transferable commerce and business skills. A BSREM graduate needs to take the Real Estate Broker’s Licensure Examination to maximize its potential to serve and earn in the prolific Real Estate Industry.
